With great excitement, we announce the successful completion of the Mediterranean Taste Awards 2024. We would like to congratulate all the awarded producers for their exceptional achievements.
Also, special thanks go to our professional tasters for their effort and diligence to provide the most transparent and credible tasting results. Our expert tasters thoroughly examined the flavour, aroma, texture and appearance, to identify the most excellent in taste food & beverages.
Our Mediterranean Taste Awards team also deserve every credit for its professionalism and positive attitude that led to the successful completion of the awards on time and with the highest degree of cooperation.

This year’s awards are very special to us since they mark the seventh consecutive period of the Mediterranean Taste Awards, representing the trust that all food & beverage producers and partners have shown in our organization.
For 2024 we received and evaluated 648 samples from 18 countries including Greece, Spain, Italy etc, marking an increase of 22% from the previous year. It is noteworthy to mention that most new entries came from (Austria, Brazil, Croatia, Cyprus Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kuwait, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom) whilst the return entry rate is 65%.
Our marketing and social media presence has grown remarkably during the past year. More particularly the MTA Awards have achieved:
- Over 8.1 million social media impressions
- Over 2 million unique users reached our social media marketing campaigns
- Social media engagement of 3.9x higher than the average from any food & beverage award organisation in the globe.
Finally, since the inception of the Mediterranean Taste Awards, we have accepted and evaluated over 5200 food & beverage brands from over 47 countries. This is the most substantial proof of confidence in the work we do and our shared goal inside our organization is to continue adding value to our producers and partners.
